Morning sickness can be unpredictable but it sound like you have somthing more going on. Migraines can be a sign you are developing high blood pressure and you should check with your doctor. Tylenol i have heard isnt good for you when you are pregnant because it acts as a blood thinner so check with your doctor about taking pain medications see what is safe and what isnt. Also you may Not want to drink tea with cafeen in it (im not sure if you ment green tea or not sorry) and avoid camomeal teas as well. you may be fighting a cold and be having morning sickness but double check with your doctor about everything and dont leave any deatails out with them they will need to know. I how this helped and i hope you feel much better soon.

Call your doctor it sounds like more than just morning sickness. Tylenol is safe during pregnancy.

I would call your doctor to let them know what is going on, it isn't hard to become dehydrated especially when you are pregnant.
