Why did Obama try and cover up the truth about Libya?

He knew right away it was a terrorist attack and so did over 300 others in his administration...the e-mails are out and prove they knew.

They deliberately lied to the American people to coverup the fact that a terrorist attack had just happened on Obama's watch.

He called it terror on day one. All of the other remarks that are being used to manufacture this controversy were made by various people in response to specific press questions. What Obama said from the start was that it was a terrorist attack and that not enough information was known.

During the investigation the press kept asking questions, and then some twisted the answers out of context to suit their political bias. That won't bother you, though, because you share that bias. It kind of clouds your judgement on issues like this.

Those of us with family in the diplomatic service consider this particular attempt to make capital out of our dead to be beneath contempt and simply despicable. You are being as horrible as that moron who truns up at servicemen's funerals to protest against gay rights.

Surely you can do better than this.

Obama refused to offer more security to Chris Stephens because of his faith in the Arab Spring. He believed so deeply that these people wanted freedom that he refused extra protection because he didnt think it was necessary, despite what they were telling him. He had to cover this up because it shows he was wrong about the Arab Spring.

If Clinton was responsible the media would be all talk about her firing.
