Which first time job do I choose? (movie theaters)?
I applied for a part time job a few weeks ago at a couple of places, two of them being movie theaters. One of them is AMC and the other is Cinemark... I had an interview for each already and have moved on to the next 'section' of interviewing. One of them will be Thursday and the other Saturday... but I'm afraid if I get both offers that I don't know which I'll turn down? The managers both liked me, and I'm pretty sure they're both hiring because of the holidays coming up so I'm not worried about getting hired.. I'm just not sure which I'd pick! They're both about the same driving distance and pay, but I don't know which one has more flexible hours (something I'd need, quite honestly) and other factors. Has anyone worked for either of these companies? What were the pros and cons, and did you get a say over your schedule and shifts?
I think I like the environment at AMC better but Cinemark might be easier to schedule shifts with, I'm just really unsure.

Go to the movies one night before the final rounds and casually ask the employees, how is it working here? Hows the schedule? Don't sit there and interview them but grab some popcorn and create small talk. Good luck.

jobs should be very similar so take the one that will offer you the most/best hours that fit in your schedule. An interview is a two way process and you get to ask questions about the job and what they are offering. Take the one that fits best. Good luck

Jobs will have to be very equivalent so take the one in order to offer you the most/best hours that match on your schedule. An interview is a two means procedure and also you get to ask questions concerning the job and what they are delivering. Take the one who matches best. Excellent good fortune

Ask those questions at the next step that'll be the deciding factor for both you and them
