please help what does this mean about my ears?

The hospital said my hearings okay but they found that theres negative pressure instead of them being equal and that they have to keep an eye on it the also said i have thin eardrums. I think they also said ones slightly retracted which at first look can be mistaken as a rupture / hole.

Are all eardrums thin?

Can the negative pressure burst my ear drum and if so what's the likelihood of that happening?
