Right now we have a law in place that gives the woman equal pay. But how is a woman to find out if she is being paid equally, when employers have the right to have a policy THAT PROHIBITS EMPLOYEES TO TELL EACH OTHER WHAT THEY ARE BEING PAID. That is how big employers are getting away with keeping women from earning equal pay. Thanks to ALEC and NFIB they have been successful eradicating unions, who are the advocates of equal pay for equal work, and advocates of living wages for all. Those are unions that protect the status quo and the present distribution of wealth. And GREED is what drives their membership. Why then did Mitt was looking for women to hire (binder full of women)? Because women can be paid less. Any company is happy to hire women these days. They will show more profits.
