amino acid supplement?

Saw a Dr. Oz show today that said amino acid supplements can be very beneficial. He recommended a combo pill that contained glycine, ornathine, arganine, and lucine. He didn't specify any brand or manufacturer and I would like to know where I can get this combination. All the web sites I visited didn't have all four in one. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks!

I found the supplement with a blend of the 4 amino acids mentioned by Dr Oz here:

It is called Now Amino Complete.

I found a supplement online at Swanson Vitamins called GHR Essentials which contains all of the amino acids Dr Oz listed. I found it under anti-aging and was called a HGH Releaser. I've purchased other supplements in the past from this company, including Astragalus, which was recommend to me by my pharmacist for my immune system.

For determining or weightloss/benefit, there are different concepts of adjusting ones eating habit and paintings out to have some authentic replace. they quite do not do a lot, amino's. If transferring right into a agenda is what you want maximum and having a weight-relief plan regiment helpful, then bypass for it.

just eat lots of lean protein and you'll be fine.. supplements for something like that aren't really necessary whatsoever!
