How do I change my last name in yahoo and facebook?

I got married and my last name has changed, How do I change the last name online now?

    Facebook-go to the dropdown bar by home-click on account settings-click on edit by your name.

    Yahoo-go to your home page-click on your name-in the corner there will be a little guy with a pencil over him, click it-at the bottom click edit profile details- click update your contact information-change your last name

    Go into edit profile on every website that has your full name.
