How many episodes does it have? Is it on-going? Does it have an OVA/Extra/Special? Is an episode or OVA/Extra/Special or something gonna be released in a week or so? Or is it done? Thank you :-)

Gintama is still ongoing. The previous season ended last March with a total of 252 episodes.
This October the new season came out. Episode 4 aired this week. (Hooray for that!)
It has three special episodes, and one movie (Shinyaku Benizakura-hen)
The second movie is scheduled to be released around 2013.
There's no OVA/Special coming up. At least not for now.
