I am Overweight and Want to Lose weight As Fast As Possible.?
I am 5'5" - 5'6" , I weight 81kgs and I want to reach a goal of 56kgs. I am 15 years and its getting reall uncomfortable being overweight. I don't like running at all, I'd cycle or Swim but I hate running.... I lift weights regurarly, I don't eat that much (usually under 2000Calories) but I still don't lose weight. Can anyone suggest a deit/Workout schedule? I have access to the gym and swimming pool 24/7.
Thank you.

Hi,
Weight loss is all about burning extra calories from body. In order to do that
You have to burn some of extra calories regularly. So you have to do work outs. Jogging and cardio are the best for that.
Boos metabolism rate. Choose food which helps to boost up the metabolism at the same time watch for calories value in that food
Finally regulate intake of calories. For that please carefully choose your diet plan. Go for less amount of meals for multiple times of a day. Instead of having 3 heavy meals. Go for 6 small meals. Take the healthy food which has less in fat. Plan your diet carefully
All the best for your healthy life

You people don't get it do you, you think you can mistreat your body for 15 years and expect to just lose weight fast? Doesn't work like that.
Run, you are going to stay overweight unless you make an effort.

I don't care if you don't like running. Nobody does. Stop trying to find an easy way out and run.
It is better than cycling and swimming and it'll help you lose weight faster.

stop lying to yourself. you need to be honest.
keep an honest food diary. you will then be able to see where you are eating too much. there is NO WAY anyone who is 81kg only eats 2000 cals or under per day. you are totally underestimating what you eat. and don't forget DRINKS all add calories.
