Phostoshop CS5 stopped working?

I get an error message when I open it saying "photoshop cs5 has stopped working" the message doesn't ask me if I can fix the problem or not. I re installed the program and I get the same thing happening, does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

    clear the catche files in advance options

    Photoshop phones home. If an unauthorized copy is detected by adobe's license verification servers, it will be unceremoniously disabled. Reinstalling the software will not enable the program again. ~
