* Be sure that the child goes to the bathroom before going to sleep.
* The most common cause of bed-wetting is a slowly maturing bladder.
* Limiting fluids 2 to 3 hours before bed and restricting caffeine consumption may help prevent bed-wetting. But this alone is not a treatment for bedwetting. You should not restrict fluids excessively.
* Children should have a physical exam and a urine test to rule out urinary tract infection or other causes.
* You may awake at midnight by giving alarm and take your daughter to the rest-room.
* Reward your child for dry nights.
* A prescription medication called DDAVP (desmopressin) is available to treat bedwetting. It will decrease the amount of urine produced at night. DDAVP is easy to use and provides quick results. It can be used short-term for an important sleepover, or prescribed for long-term use for months. Your doctor may recommend stopping the medicine at different times to see if the bedwetting has gone away.

i idea i replaced into having a bladder problem with my little female yet got here upon out that my obsession with washing your palms after going potty stuck on to correctly with my 3 365 days old and that replaced into our problem, we struggle through a bottle of hand cleansing soap each and every 2 days. If I were you i might want to pass to the urologist b/c it appears like you've a more advantageous extreme problem and it truly is continuously more advantageous useful to be secure than sorry so pass to the pro.

It could very well mean her organ isn't fully developed yet. So what would a urologist do, he can't make it bigger. Sometimes though if there has been physical abuse or fear of something that could be what's bothering her at night. What people see in their daily life is what they dream of. Ask her if she is getting bullied at school.

Yes you can take her to an urologist to discard any physiological cause, but the main cause of enuresis is: stress, dysfunctional families and sudden traumatic losses (divorce of parents) .
In case the cause is psychological and not growth related, hormonal or physiological the treatment of choice is imipramin (Tofranil) the anti depressive.

Talk to her primary care first.
Have a complete physical.
Try to enlist her help in limiting fluids late in the evening.
Wake her before you go to bed and take her to the restroom.I guess you ave tried all of that already.
See what the doctor has to say.
