Ubs is cutting jobs it says because dodd-frank regulations keep it from being able to make a profit.

That's a Swiss company, so fewer jobs in Switzerland doesn't affect us.
If they're laying off people in the US it's not a bad thing. They were ripping off consumers to pay these people absurd salaries.

This is bill named after a member of Congress signed into law July 21st, 2010. After the great depression & financial crisis with the Wall Street bailout...Changes were made to try to prevent another collapse of the market. Regulation reform for consumer protection. As with all laws someone will find a problem with it & make claims that who knows is right or wrong at this time. As far as it causing job losses. Who knows? Wall Street obviously needs reform. The law may not be perfect. As nothing is.
