how do i get good enough to play in the nfl?
Ok I'm a sophomore in high school, I'm six five and 300 pounds, I'm an offensive lineman,
This was my first year playing football, I was stupid and didn't learn the plays as quick as I should have, also the coaching staff on jv was sub par and half the team quit because our coaches could be considered incompetent, but I stuck through it, so I was coming off the bench on jv, but I am pretty good, I just didn't know the plays as well as I should have, but people who have seen me play say I have the chance to play college ball on talent and size alone and the chance to go farther because I have heart and try to be a vocal leader, and I know I'm good enough to start on varsity if I can stay sharp, but how can I do what it takes to work hard and maximize my potential and play d1 ball and go to the nfl because its my dream, its all I think about, its what I want to do, I want to work hard, I want to bust my ***, I want to do whatever it takes to get to that level
P.s one of the people who had high praise for my game works for an nfl team in an important role that you basically have to know more about football than the players and coaches

Based on your height and weight, I believe that you will make a very good fit on the offensive line.
My best advice for you is to work hard and perform very well in practice every day. In addition, what you need to do this upcoming (and every) offseason is eat healthy, exercise by doing weight lifting, and either jogging or going for a long run every day. If you do these things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of becoming a successful, top notch offensive lineman in high school football, who could go on to play college football, and possibly the NFL, in the future.
By the way, your chances of playing college football depend on your performance in football during your junior, and especially senior, year of high school. If you perform very well in football during your final 2 years of high school, you will greatly improve your chances of getting recruited to play for a Division 1 College Football program.
In turn, your chances of playing in the NFL depend on your performance in football during your college football career. If you perform very well in football during your college years, you will greatly improve your chances of getting drafted to play for an NFL team in the future.
