How to lose 15 pounds?

if i dont eat but more than 200 calories a day for the month of November and run for 30 minutes a day, can i lose 15-20 pounds by November 30th. Im 172 now. 5'6

    200 calories is too much. Try 100 calories

    That is not healthy at all, living on 200 calories a day you probably won't Ben be able to run, you will have no energy at all! Eat three healthy meals a day! Drink plenty of water an exercise for 45 mins a day. Good luck

    You really have to be so determined to do 200 calories per day. You won't be able to exercise as you'll have no energy at all.

    Try the Atkins diet, I lost 7 pounds in the first week and 12 by the second. You can eat as much as you want, so long as it doesn't contain any carbohydrate. By forcing your body to burn fat instead of carbohydrate, you'll lose a lot of weight.
