The first step is to talk to an adult that you trust and let them know what is going on. This could be a parent, a teacher, a counselor, a grandpa, or an uncle.
Tell them what you are going through and they can seek the help that you need. I'm so sorry that you have to go through this...but I know you can do it! Hang in there, I know that overcoming these things is very difficult.

1. Mary Jane is not an addictive substance... People will tell you that it is but you ask a smoker to quite... They can not because Nicotine is the addictive compound that keeps them hooked.
Like most drugs, alcohol (is a drug), Cigarettes and tobacco products, medicines (pharma) have addictive qualities and each addiction has either physical or psychological or in some, both. Marijuana has a psychological dependency and very mild physical issues if its been used for a while, these are short lived unlike cigarettes. I can say this as I am an ex-smoker who 10 years on from quitting 40 a day still has the urge to smoke. Yes I did pot too but that came to an end and I don't even think about picking up a lid, doesn't enter my head at all. So much for government propaganda!
2. Cutting is lack of attention like 3. I have known several people who seek attention that resorted to this kind of activity and it only hurts them and the backlash is that they got labelled up as freaks. If you hate yourself, you need to ask why, what is it that makes you pursue this course of action. People have to realize that not being noticed is 100 times better than being noticed and that just because others are popular does not make them a nice person, in fact quite the opposite.
4. Anorexia is a recognised mental illness that needs medical and therapeutic treatment. Their is no reason to starve yourself to death, your subconsciousness aspiring to be thin because your taking in all of the subliminal messages to be thin from the magazines to the TV adverts and from other sources of propaganda that is telling you that your fat when your normal weight means your healthy (thats the point where you think your fat and your not.)
My advice, seek proper professional help.

Best idea: Talk to your doctor. He/She might (or might not) be able to help. But they'd have a better idea of what resources are available locally.
If you don't have a doctor, talk to your pastor or youth group leader.
Good luck.
