How often a day do you look in the mirror?
A couple years ago I used to only look at myself in the mirror in passing, spending about 2 minutes. Now adays I spend upto 15 minutes aday, checking my self out and seeing what looks best on me.

I spend about 10 minutes in the mirror in the morning preparing for work. At work, when i have to go pee, i spend a few minutes in the mirror refreshing myself. I have it bad with mirrors lol. I dont know i just like to keep myself on point. Dont wanna be walking around in public with a booger hanging loose in my nose so i hit the mirror every chance i get.

ONLY in the morning after Ive showered, i then dry up, dress etc. them do my makeup brush my hair. And thats the ONLY time I use a mirror.
Im afraid if I look in the mirror later in the day I may see an image that I dont want to see.
And that would be depressing.

Sadly...more than I would like to. It became a habit for me to look at my reflection whenever i see it. Not healthy at all though. I have cut back and found out that it was because of insecurities and wondering how i looked to other people...especially since every eyeliner I have bought seems to run a lot. Fortunately now i only look in the mirror if in a bathroom or doing my makeup or hair..

To do my make up, my hair and to see that what I am wearing is nice. But usually up to five or six times a day.
