Is it okay to ignore polling station laws?

Looks like the NAACP thinks so... at least in Houston.

This sort of activity has been going on for a long time, with the supposed voting enforcers deciding to look the other way. Cook County Illinois continues to have something along the line of 103% of the eligible voters showing up to cast their ballot.

On July 6, American Thinker published an article by Lee Cary about an interview with a Chicago political machine insider. It contained the following warning:

“In Chicago, the Precinct Captains watch to see who votes and who doesn’t. Then, at the end of the day, others will cast votes for those who haven’t shown up to vote, all under the direction of the Precinct Captain. If the actual voter shows up later, they’re given someone else’s card. The Republican poll watchers don’t stop this. Hell, most of them are actually Democrats.” (*)

The justice dept stated as much with the handling of the black panthers case last election cycle. It was predicted that this type of behavior would escalate this time around.

Where's the video? I thought nearly all phones in developed countries now have the use of cameras as of 2004.

Between Black Panther polling observers and UN polling observers we should be able to see a pretty good fight between the two of them.

if only there was some international organization could monitor polls to make sure everyone was following the law... like the U.N.

oh wait... they were going to and Texas told them that they would arrest them... LOL
