Practical Garter Belts?

Hey ladies. Was wondering where I could get practical garter belts for wear with stocking for everyday wear. Id also like if they were cute and not just solid satin. Would this be a good option?

    Target always has different ones based on the season. They are Gilligan O'Malley for Target brand. The price is always 9.99. They are very, very cute. Right now i believe they have red and black satin ones for christmas time. They are of very nice quality.
