They don't, unless they are misinformed and from some backwater place in the US.
In the US natural vs cut is not a big issue, but women are finding out about natural being better for both partners, so that may change.
Most of the worlds men are natural. That allows people to have natural sex, the way we evolved to have it. Circumcision is a weird cutting off of thousands of pleasure giving nerves, blood vessels, protective covering and pleasure tissue. The dynamics of the penis is changed permanently. This is serious genital modification of the male. It does make vaginal sex less satisfying after these parts are cut. Cut men have more premature ejaculation issues as the scar is now the most sensitive part and they have lost control of orgasm timing. It leads to sexual dysfunction at a young age. The cut men in the world use most of the VIAGRA consumed.
BTW,
It is actually not cleaner to have a cut up penis. It has now also been observed that natural boys have the same bacteria as natural girls and that cut boys have different (invasive) bacteria. A partial penis (cut up penis or frankenpenis) is just missing parts, but as such it is invaded by not natural bacteria.
As to the theory that penis parts should be cut off in order to facilitate hygiene, consider the following comments of a pediatrician. This is certainly a different (and more logical) view of Hygiene:
"My experience as a pediatrician has convinced me that circumcision makes the penis dirtier, a fact that was confirmed by a study recently published in the British Journal of Urology.1 For at least a week after circumcision, the baby is left with a large open wound that is in almost constant contact with urine and feces--hardly a hygienic advantage. Additionally, throughout life the circumcised penis is open and exposed to dirt and contaminants of all kinds. The wrinkles and folds that often form around the circumcision scar frequently harbor dirt and germs.
Thanks to the foreskin, the intact penis is protected from dirt and contamination. While this important protective function is extremely useful while the baby is in diapers, the foreskin provides protection to the glans and urinary opening for a lifetime. At all ages, the foreskin keeps the glans safe, soft, and clean.
Throughout childhood, there is no need to wash underneath the foreskin. Mothers used to be advised to retract the foreskin and wash beneath it every day. This was very bad advice indeed. When the foreskin becomes fully retractable, usually by the end of puberty, your son can retract it and rinse his glans with warm water while he is in the shower."

Only a completely uneducated, ignorant woman would not be with a man based on whether or not his penis is intact.
As the mother of an uncut son, I taught my son to bathe on a daily basis and to keep his penis clean. I also taught him that any woman who would be so shallow as to refuse to have sex with him because he isn't circumcised doesn't deserve his time and attention.
Hey, Soccer. Did you realize that uncut penises have the same bacteria and secretions are the female vagina? So I guess using your own logic, why would any man want to have sex with a woman, what with those gross, smeg covered, bacteria filled, nasty vaginas and all...

It's a big deal because so much of what makes sex good is in the foreskin, and having that removed as well as the changes to the glans makes such a huge difference it's not funny.

As a pediatric nurse who has assisted in over a thousand circumcisions, mother of 2 circumcised boys, and wife to a circumcised man......YES circumcision 100% matters to us.
The circumcised penis is so much cleaner and healthier and this plays a major role in sexual relations between male and female.
The physical appearance is also a MAJOR aspect as to "why" it matters. It just looks sexier, more masculine, and better looking.
Why would I want a sloppy, smelly, smeg coated, bacteria infested foreskin going anywhere near my body when I can easily have access to a penis that is completely free of all that? Seriously....the answer is pretty clear.
