why cant I get the internet on my Samsung Galaxy S2?
I should have 1GB included in the prepaid Sim I bought from Virgin. I have rang them soooo many times about it. I am sure the problem lies with them and I cant find anything in the Samsung manual to help me and wonder if anyone can offer suggestions. Yes, I do have the ticked the 'packet data' box.I wonder if there is something I have missed in the settings?

Is the Samsung locked to a specific provider?? Virgin will be a "piggy back" provider, using another network for bandwidth, below is a link to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman in AU, you find a 1800 number on there to call him. I have a prepaid with Telstra and they say reloads etc can take up to 24 hours
