i forgot and took two viagras. its been 4 hrs and i can still hammer a nail into a rock with this thing. my wife has called several people over to look at. i told her i need a doc and she told me to work the stiffnes out myself. should i go to the e.r. or can my mechanic fix this?

Sorry, but you may have to be seen. A urologist could handle the issue for you, but at this hour you will have to head to the ER. You could do permanent damage to your unit.
I assisted a doctor with a case like yours. My mother- bless her heart-- asked me in a hushed voice what the man wore when he came into the office. I told her he wore sweatpants- and was carrying a strategically placed hat.
