It's a lie as policies are either for the rich or poor. Colour doesn't come into it. Affirmative action is about colour and not equality.

Absolutely! I'm white. I'm a man. And I'm certainly not wealthy by any means! And by no means has the Republican party or individual from any other party, ever catered to me. I expect only fair treatment by anyone! I have always been taught to earn whatever I need or want in life. I have been afforded an opportunity just like hundreds of millions of other people...and it's up to me whether I take advantage of any opportunities to make something of myself and my family. I expect no "handouts" from anyone. If I find myself in a situation where my standard of living was changed because of a change in my employment, it is up to me to do anything possible to find other honest work to make money rather than sit around and wait for someone to give me handouts. That's the way I was raised and that's the way I have lived my life.
