Push-ups with knee tucks?
What specific muscle groups does this exercise work?I know it is great for the core but I've checked the net for specifics but I can't find any. Any ideas anyone?

Your 'CORE' is made up of abdominals, back muscles, pelvic floor muscles and breathing muscles.
When you 'tuck' after a pressup, all of these muscles are active, but some of your abdominals are working hard, others aren't. So it isn't a great movement for your whole core.
At the same time, some non-core muscles are working quite hard too. Your buttocks are active when you straighten your hip joint, and when you flex it (the most powerful part of the movement) it is your 'ilio-psoas' or Main Hip Flexor that is doing most of the work.
