Somebody cheer me up? Just a lil so I don't fall?:))?

This probably sounds really weird but, I'm really bored with having depression now. I'm sick of constantly having to fight off 'negative thoughts'. I'm tired of being tired. I just want it to end. kjihgreoshgoiwshegoper. So frustrated. I almost feel like giving up, but I know that I don't really want to, I just want to remember how to be happy, just for 1 day. So. Any suggestions what I can do to take my mind off things? And don't say get some help or something, cause I'm already going counselling & I've given up self-harm, and I'm talking more & I guess I am happier but whatever. I guess I am a lot better than when I started..idk. Anyways, suggestions? Things to make me laugh? Even a joke?haha

Your feelings help make others feelings. If you smile at someone, and they smile back, it always makes you feel good. Especially when you see someone with a REALLY gloomy face. They will remember that for a while. "Hey! I was feeling down one day, and this random girl smiled at me. Her smile just made me want to smile." Ask God to help you as well. He's always willing to help. Have you put your trust in Him? Thinking about my Lord Jesus Christ, always makes me smile. :D:D:D

Hope I helped! I'll be praying for you! :D

Now a joke! What starts with f and ends in uck? If you said firetruck then you're wrong, idiot.

.... I'm not great with jokes, OK!? Don't judge me T-T

  • I went through that phase in life. It does get better. I promise. Just take The Lord Jesus into your heart. He will protect you. He will guide you.
