I am mentally drained and I'd really like to stay inside and just play sims for the day but I feel like I *should* go outside and enjoy the sun while its here but I just really don't want to. But I should. But I really dont want to. Send halp.

I am 16, just sorted college, and I had counselling last year, which I think I need again.

If I tell a counsellor that I self-harm & am sometimes suicidal, (I know my parents would probably have to know) would they tell my college?

I'm revising for my maths exam, but I've literally forgotten how to divide without using a calculator, I've never really been good at it.. Any suggestions? It's 486÷18

Basically I'm 15 & really struggling to cope right now:/

I've been bullied on & off by different people since I was 11/12 which caused depression, self-harm & I was suicidal (I've had counslling though which has just finished so that side of things is ok right now)

My best friend grew up with abuse, has an alcoholic/schitzophrenic dad & no mum & is becoming kind of enorexic:/

My other best friend is bulumic & her parents are so strict I can't even explain it

And my other other best friend just told me today that se was raped at the age of 8, but never told anyone till she was older, cause she didn't really understand it till she was about 13 & only me & a couple of her other firneds knows about it.

All of this with all the exams and revision I have right now, I feel like I'm going insane, I'm kind of still bullied a lil too now, which really isn't helping (I'm moving seats now though so think it should be ok:))

Basically, I have a tonne of poems which I'd love for others to see, but if I publish it on wattpad, could other people steal it? And what if I wanted to properly publish them one day? So I guess what I'm really asking is whether or not I should put it on there or not?:))

This probably sounds really weird but, I'm really bored with having depression now. I'm sick of constantly having to fight off 'negative thoughts'. I'm tired of being tired. I just want it to end. kjihgreoshgoiwshegoper. So frustrated. I almost feel like giving up, but I know that I don't really want to, I just want to remember how to be happy, just for 1 day. So. Any suggestions what I can do to take my mind off things? And don't say get some help or something, cause I'm already going counselling & I've given up self-harm, and I'm talking more & I guess I am happier but whatever. I guess I am a lot better than when I started..idk. Anyways, suggestions? Things to make me laugh? Even a joke?haha

I'm learning spanish and I love music so I thought it would be a good way to learn it, basically I'm 15 & i like pop, rock, r&b, & sometimes soul music, basiacally anything except orchestra kind of stuff and i don't really know what I'm looking for so, any suggestions?:)) Preferably hyper ones with good beats?:))

From the moment I wake up to the moment I go to bed I always have a song in my head. I like it most of the time, but sometimes it's just an annoying tune:/ It's like I can actually here it playing or something...

I know it's some sort of counselling, but basically, i went doctors about depression, got referred to CAMHS they referred me to relate counselling, then i had to go back to the doctors after being confessing to my counsellor about feeling suicidal and self-harming again, so got referred to back to CAMHS again, so now I'm seeing a counsellor or something from there instead, I have had this explained to me a few times, but i just can't concentrate on what they're saying and keep zoning out, so now I'm just confused... what is the difference?!

Basically, I love singing and don't go a day without it haha, my mates say I'm good, but I don't know, I've recorded myself, but only on my phone and it sounds weird... and I wouldn't say I'm the most confident person, but weirdly, I'm the complete opposite when I'm singing haha, so yeah, should record myself with a proper microphone (I'll *borrow* my brothers hehe:)) and put it on youtube and risk being absolutely terrible or not..?:/

Basically I'm 15, 5"4 and I weight 8.2stone or something and I don't really think I eat enough, but I just don't have much of an appetite to be honest, this time last year I was actually only 7.7stone, so I'm quite proud of what I've gained anyway:D but I still get people telling me that I'm soo skinny, which I know and really annoys me, don't get me wrong, I don't mind my size, it's just I feel really unhealthy, all I really eat isjunk foodd anyway... and I don't really do much excersise except walking to and from school and p.e one a week for an hour... and actually, thinking about it, I could've gained that weight before because I lost my paper round as they stopped the whole thing-_- but yeah, I just want to put a bit on:))

Basically my mate is 16 next year and hates living at home, she doesn't have a great family life, but that's not my business to put on here. Anyway, she wants to move out at 16 but I thought you need your parents permission, but then, he's not actually her real dad anyway... Would she be able to live with my family if they agreed or on her own if she wants or is that not going to happen?:/

And do you need permission from anyone? I would love to go busking in town, I think it would amazing! LOL my mates think I'm crazy, but I love singing and it looks like so much fun!:D
