How do I deal with these problems?

Basically I'm 15 & really struggling to cope right now:/

I've been bullied on & off by different people since I was 11/12 which caused depression, self-harm & I was suicidal (I've had counslling though which has just finished so that side of things is ok right now)

My best friend grew up with abuse, has an alcoholic/schitzophrenic dad & no mum & is becoming kind of enorexic:/

My other best friend is bulumic & her parents are so strict I can't even explain it

And my other other best friend just told me today that se was raped at the age of 8, but never told anyone till she was older, cause she didn't really understand it till she was about 13 & only me & a couple of her other firneds knows about it.

All of this with all the exams and revision I have right now, I feel like I'm going insane, I'm kind of still bullied a lil too now, which really isn't helping (I'm moving seats now though so think it should be ok:))

everyday make time to just stop what your doing be alone in your thoughts to either meditate or work out your issues in your mind with a cup of tea or coffee or something hot because hot stuff makes us feel better and nicer says studies but yeah talking about things and thinking about them help. also accepting that life can suck but WILL GET BETTER if you fight and stay strong is important. and I mean acceptance, not just thinking it, but knowing it.

as for your friends you can only do so much to help them all by being there for them, talking to them but they must sort out there own problems on their own. (i hope that doesn't sound like leave them alone they should deal with it themselves, because thats not what im saying, i'm saying it takes someone themselves to really change their own lives)

I used to be really depressed in high school too. Honestly, being that age 14-17 is the worst time bc you're not an adult but you're not exactly a kid either. Things probably seem really uncertain and worrisome but trust me. Life goes on. The best way to deal with bullies is to ignore them and don't take to heart what they say or have witty responses ready. Bullies are most likely bullied themselves in some way. As for your friends, be there for them but don't take on their problems. As I said, life's hard as a teenager. Everyone goes through something like this at some point in their life whether its your age or older. But life goes on. You're just beginning your life and many amazing things are yet to come. These horrors will someday become stories. Much love.

Ok you should take counslling up again, you always have to have someone to talk to in these difficult time. Don't worry at all about your friends that's causing more of your depression. If you ever feel sucidial do me this favor please talk to someone you trust and will understand. Please remember that theres nothing to worry about. Report the bullying to the office. Hope I helped.
