The seating plan on "seatguru" differs from that on Emirates own website, for the Boeing 777-300ER, and does not show any seats 50J & K. You would therefore be advised to use Emirates own seating plan.
Whether you choose seats 48A & B or 50J & K, both are the very back rows. 48A & B are on their own back left, whilst 50J & K are also on their own back right. Behind both is the rear galley, with toilets to the rear of the galley.
The plus points to these seats are that you are nearest the toilets, will very likely get fed first and will have no-one behind you or alongside.
The seating arrangement is the same for both flights, EK 0332 & EK 0334.

The last couple of rows tend to have some drawbacks. It is close to the lavatories, so there might be people queuing. It is also very close to the galley, so there may be some noise. Also, those seats are usually the last to be served as Emirates serves their meals from front to back in economy class.
As you have a slipped disk you are not allowed to sit by the exits, but 23 D, G should be good as you have a little more legroom due to the bulkhead in front. 8 C,D,G,H are similar, but are right behind the forward economy class galley, so may also be a little noisy around meal times. The same goes for 38 D,G. (just behind the mid galley) They are all aisle seats, so it is easy for you to get up and stretch your legs.
(Emirates operates the 777-300ER 2 class config on their flights to Manila.)

All economy seats are the same size regardless of where you sit. You will be unable to book a bulkhead seat these are assigned at check in as there is a huge responsibility when sitting in these seats for one you must be prepared to help out in an emergency and be physically fit. Bulkhead seats have a little more legroom.

if you're OK with the noise from the back then that's fine. if you have a strong bladder and don't need the toilet often then sit by the window, otherwise the aisle seat is best. I like the aisle because I drink lots of water while in flight. I don't have to disturb anybody. check seatguru.com

If u go to the bathroom a lot get an isle seat. If u enjoy the view and want to lean on the window and sleep ur better off in window.. Make sure those seats are not close to the lavatories, people line up to pee.. Enjoy your flight

According to http://www.seatguru.com/airlines/Emirates_Airlines... those seats are about the worst you can have on this plane.
