Minor gum surgery...stitches unraveling?
I had gum surgery friday it's now sunday & a couple stitches seem like they're maybe unraveling or maybe they're just falling out like they're supposed to? She said they would go away...is this normal? I've been gently drinking milkshakes (without a straw) & eating softer foods on the unaffected side. Cleaning as directed etc. I'm hoping they're just weasling their way out because there's no pain & everything is intact. Any advice? I freak out over this stuff because I don't want anything to go wrong. Thank you!

that is totally normal - don't freak out. continue to drink milkshakes and eat soft foods and all will be well.
I have been through dental surgery many many times.

MINTS. i ended chewing gum approximately 15 years in the past.....and that i assume as a results of fact I practice and demand that my pupils no longer chew gum in my college room, that I discourage using it.
