It's not a U.S. lead law. It's just got sponsorship from evangelicals and a few american politicians who send money to support the effort. I don't agree with it but extremists, deserve extremists. It's unfortunate people minding their own business get persecuted for what they do.

How is that US led? Does Georgia have a representative in the Ugandan government that I'm not aware of?
