My two eldest uncles have no diabetes while my Dad and his two younger brothers are diabetics. They got it in?

their 50's because of their lifestyle as they have said. Their mother and father don't have diabetes. Their grandparents don't have it either.

The fact that they got it in their 50's does that already mean we have family history of diabetes?

Yes they do have family history of diabetes, however 'family history is just 1 factor'

Age is another factor, because old people less active

they are lot of other factors as well that we might not know of (i.e other than hi-caloerie diet, sedentary lifestyle, lack of exercise etc )

    It's more complacated than Yes/No

It's possible that they lack sufficient chromium in their diet

    for example.
