When they come dwelling, knock on their door and say that you just consider your cat bought within their condominium. It might happen and it offers them a hazard to comprehend he isn't a stray if his collar bought off or they took it off and relinquish him. In the event you see your cat and they inform you it's not your cat, it's person who looks like your cat. I'd ask if they intellect that you (all of you) take the cat to peer if it has a microchip. No longer handiest must you continue to have the microchip quantity on the tag they gave you (except you set it on the collar), however the vet at which you had it executed should even have the number - although the pet will not be registered. It might also be a just right inspiration to get the microchip registered with PetTrac should you nonetheless have the forms. In the event that they do intellect, then i would contact the police. Have your proof of possession able. Nevertheless your management could decide to enforce the within rule if you get the police concerned. Seem carefully at your hire. Whether it is written on your lease that your cats must be saved indoor, then you might be already breaking it and they are able to prefer to put in force that at any time. Your rent is a legal file.

Most probably a "Hikikumori" type of person...
It became popular here naming it that way too,They are usually introverted, and not fond to be out with the crowd. They are more adapted to their very own lifestyle, which is a solitary way of living. Perhaps some could have gotten sickly, or depressed. It might be better to check out once in awhile..
To assure safetiness when some neighborhood might be worrying. They may also possibly call out somebody (fr. the city hall) who can rightfully check this somehow. That if ever the person stays in the room most of the times. Even young or elderly people might need assistance that they can hardly ask for to the others...
Wishing well...!!

He probably has an awesome apartment that no person would ever want to leave.
When you did see him leave, did he look unhappy? If he did, then you can be sure I am right. Anybody would be unhappy about leaving such a cool apartment!

Do you keep watch on him 24/7? You may just have conflicting schedules. Some people just work weekends, others work nights, some work at home. He may have a medical condition or phobia. He may also just be an indoor guy.

This must mean you never leave yours either. But if this is true, he may do everything inside his apartment. You can order anything online, food, water, medicinee, etc. So, he has everything he needs in there. Or he could be an introvert and avoid leaving and interacting with people at all costs. Who knows, but as long as there isn't anything unusual going down, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Technology is quickly trying to get rid of all human contact anyways, some people are just beating them to it.

Maybe he works the graveyard shift and he only leaves at night and sleeps all day. Or he works from home and orders all his stuff online cuz he's antisocial.
