If there are 247,713 votes, but only 175,554 registered voters, does this indicate voter fraud?

Does anyone think there is a chance that the extra 72,519 votes were FOR Rep. Allen West?

Does anyone think there is a chance in Hades that voter fraud in favor of Obama and Democrats did NOT occur all across this nation?

Or is this just a textbook example of the Democrat's flawless get out the vote "ground campaign"?

Update:

i think we need a purple finger, or an indelible stamp on the hand saying which precinct you voted in that is scanned under ultraviolet lights at every polling station, or iris scans at each polling station - before and after you vote. before to show you haven't voted anywhere else, and after to show you have voted.

Update 2:

dear votevotevote. my information is NOT wrong. the link i provided is the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections website.

the statement of this ridiculously fraudulent vote vs. registration count is right on the front page.

next.

Update 3:

--> no, those registered the day of election would not be eligible to vote in that election. according to the website Fl registration is closed 29 days before the election.

"You may register to vote at any time. However, the voter registration books will close 29 days before an election. Any new registrations received after the voter registration books have closed, will be held and processed for future elections."

--> Dems didn't 'whine' after Bush won? OMG are you Rip Van Winkle and slept through the past dozen years? Dems whined so much it had to go to the USSC! Dems whined so much there was a condition named PEST (google it) .we STILL hear complaints and statements daily that Bush was 'selected' not elected. the idea that "Dems didn't whine" is so fantastical it's beyond psychosis. you're not credible and should go have some fruit.

-->"Fatso".... really? thank for illustrating my contention that Dems ar

Update 4:

--> if the vote count is 'unofficial' then why is it used to determine the winner? FYI: all votes are 'unofficial' until they are certified by that State's Secretary of State. it doesn't mean what you think it means.

Update 5:

--> don't forget this "divided by the number of registered voters". it's saying that the system accounts for the two card ballot when tallying. indeed.

I believe you are right about election fraud. My husband and I were not asked for photo ID or voters registration.

    Here is my question

the entire referendum grew to become into fluff. a million. A state regulation can not supersede a federal regulation. 2. Federal regulation states evidence of citizenship, photograph identity, is needed at registration. evidence of identity, signature to journey registration signature, is needed at poll. photograph identity is in simple terms required first time balloting at that poll. regulation created interior the overdue 80s. 3. Illegals have little desire to to take of undertaking to vote and get caught. 4. modern regulation works o.k. in AZ. Fraud is none existent. of course maximum individuals answering right here have on no account voted. SCE2AUX - you have been duped back via Fox's demonizations. The 9th has extra effective than 50 judges. it is not a liberal court. Reagan, Bush, Bush appointees have stated as plenty. Get counseled

READ what the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections website says about those totals.

"NOTE* - TURNOUT PERCENTAGES WILL SHOW OVER 100% DUE TO A TWO PAGE BALLOT. THE TABULATION SYSTEM (GEMS) PROVIDES VOTER TURNOUT AS EQUAL TO THE TOTAL CARDS CAST IN THE ELECTION DIVIDED BY THE NUMBER OF REGISTERED VOTERS. ALSO NOTE THAT SOME VOTERS CHOSE NOT TO RETURN BY MAIL THE SECOND CARD CONTAINING THE AMENDMENTS."

Notice that the column on your link that says "Cards Cast" -- NOT votes cast.

There is no actual 140%, etc. turnout. That's why you have to look at the Election Summary Report http://www.slcelections.com/Pdf%20Docs/2012%20Gene... , not the Statement of Votes Cast. In the correct report, turnout was 70%.

Did you bother to look at anything on that report besides the "Total" lines?

If you had, you might have noticed that the document is entitled "UNOFFICIAL RESULTS WITH PROVISIONALS". In other words, provisional votes are included in the count.

Provisional votes are votes cast by voters that fall into certain categories which may disqualify them from the final count, as well as voters who voted more than once (either intentionally or accidentally).

Examples include first time voters (who, under federal law must present ID, regardless of state laws) who cannot provide ID. Those voters are required to cast a provisional ballot... it will only be counted if they can later show proof of identity.

Another example is vote-by-mail voters who opt to appear in person, and thus are not on the roster for their polling location.

A third example is voters who have moved within their county without reregistering to vote, and thus, are not listed on the roster at their polling place, and also any other voter who is not listed on the roster at the polling place they are attempting to vote at for any other reason (for example, some states allow people to register to vote the day of the election, and thus they are not on the rosters).

Even Conservative leaders say there is virtually NO voter fraud in America.

That doesn't stop the Conservative Joe's and pundits from screaming at everything that they don't understand - which keeps them screaming a great deal of the time...

Why don't you hear respected Conservative politicians raising this cry?

Could it be because IT'S NOT TRUE?

You can vote on your word in many places, because people move, register for other precincts, etc.

But IT WON'T COUNT if you are not registered for THAT precinct and have the necessary picture ID.

    The VOTE WON'T COUNT.

    Get that Conservative dummies?

    The vote is thrown out.

But, hey, scream your heads off, if it gives you something to do.

The moron called Allen West lost.

    Get over it, fatso.

  • Don't know about the state your in but here where I live you can register/vote on the day OF election. SO its quite possible that many weren't "registered" to vote before election day and decided this was the day to do so - the Dem's didn't "whine" about the votes when Gore beat out Bush for the popular vote I don't get why you folks just can't accept that Romney and many other republicans didn't win.
