Is adderal xr 30 mg alot?

Im switching from 54 mg cocerta to adderall xr 30 mg? is it alot more comparable because adderall is stronger? what sideeffects will i feel more?

    I have ADHD, and i take 15mg i believe 30mg is the highest mg of adderal xr, so yes, that is quite a high dose. side affects.. loss of appetite. up feeling. not needing to sleep. focused. "Zoned In"

    I did it once 4 recreation and wow I was up 48 hours and I cleaned everything in the house no BS ...
