Why do people crush adderall?
I take adderall for school purposes and yes i'm perscribed. But I heard people talking telling me to crush up 2 30's into powder then put it in a class of lemonade or energy drink and i'll get a major buzz? is this true?

we are both 18... she has always been around 100-108 i'm always between 120-130. She has always had a very bad diet.... always eating junk NEVER eating good timed meals and not alot of nutricous things... I the past couple years fixed my diet to be very healthy foods.. and I workout 2-3 times a week. We both skate so we are active.. but she never does anything eles. I notice when I even still eat healthy but stop working out i will GAIN weight and struggle with maitaining always going up and down... while she eats complete **** and NEVER works out and won't gain a pound. She even has a very muscular body where it looks like shes a freaking fitness model. Very toned stomach even has the the v and the nice hip bones. Why is it like this? I feel like i have to work extra hard to get rid of stomach pudge (ill always have it) while she can keep a toned stomach doing nothing?

i'm 115 pounds and 5'2....I know you have to eat healthy along with exercise to see results... but how PERFECT does your diet have to me? I eat healthy.. barley any processed foods...NEVER fast food... i do plyometrics and running... so i'm exercising about 4-5 times a week. I'm not fat or anything but i justi started eating healthier cuz i want to loose a couple pounds to look more toned. But they say exericse wont work unless your diet is perfect? I eat healthy like eggs or oatmeal for breakfast then snacks like yogurt and fruit and for lunch and dinner i try to eat veggies and get protein in.. but every now and then i treat myself or maybe might eat a cookie or somthing. will this effect my results?? i'm only 5'2 and 115 pounds.. haha i know i'm not fat but i wanted to tone up just a tad bit. and i'm scared now because i've been going to the gym 5 times this week... (i do running intervals, cardio, and plyometrics) and my diet has been pretty good.. but yesterday i had a bag of cookies and tootsie rolls =/ i did eat good throughout the day tho...? i went to the gym wed thurs fri sat... and now today i should go cuz i had that bag of cookies and tootsie rolls but i'm sooo sore from yesterdays workout

So i've had a bigning problem.. but depriving myself so much then it turned to binging.. i currently am trying to stop.. i'm trying to watch what i eat because i want to loose some of the weight i've gained from binging.. but the cravings for binging does NOT stop... it's hard!! Should i try to treat myself every night to somthing small? or should i just not try to eat bad stuff at all.. for a week now i've been exercising regularly and eating actually pretty clean andhealthy.

Okay so i'm 5'2 and around 115-117... i havent weighd myself lately.. i use to be around 110-112 but i recently over the past month havent been watching what i was eating...I know i'm not fat at all.. i'm actually an athlete but not training this month.. when i was training and thinner i only really did plyometric workouts... and stregth training workouts...but i heard if you want to loose weight you have to do tons of carido to get the extra fat off.. i mean i dont have alot of to loose i just want to get back to that 112 range.. thank you. btw i am eating clean and a right diet.. it's been day 3 on the healthy diet.

Okay so i'm an athlete and eat pretty healthy i've currently lost alot of weight but over the past 2 months i wasn't watching as much and i've gained some weight.. not alot.. i just dont feel as "fit" as i use to. My mom said since i'm not training right now (i skatte) i take a month off... that cutting out the carbs i eat might help me loose it a little faster.. Oh course i wont cut them ALL out.. but like instead of having oatmeal EVERY morning have it only 3 times a week. and have more eggs and more veggies? Less sandwhiches and more salads? less protein bars (i only eat lara bars which are all natural) only maybe a couple times a week and switch snacks to... fruit yogurt veggies etc??

I'm an athlete..(i competitive roller skate) so i eat healthy.. i know once in awhile its okay to eat somthing bad but its a week out from nationals and i kindof went overboard... i had like 4 smores.. and a little icecream woke up with a stomach ache.. i feel bad because i know my diet should be key right now since nationals is so close and i shouldnt be having loads of sugar=[ Will this effect me??? i feel horrible about myself and scared my skating will suffer

I'm an artistic roller skater. Nationals is in 2 weeks and just this wensday i pulled my muscle in my lowerback/hip. It was THAT PAINFUL so i think it was a grade 1 very low pain. I put ice on it then heated it and ive been heating it off and on and babying it yesterday. i REALLY need to practice so inm thankful it wasn't a HORRIBLE SPAIN. but it felt a little better yesterday... but this morning i woke up and its kindof sore because when i sleep laying down its in an akward position and gets sore. I have practice today but debating if i should go or not=[ i really want to bt i dont even know. I'm heating it now and about to take pills. It's not PAINFUL like it happen it just feels more SORE.

Hi! I'm a competitive roller skater and i have nationals too. I eat pretty healthy in general and do work out...after regionals a little i feel like iv'e slacked on my diet.. and i thiunk that might be why my endurence went down a bit.. i wasnt having problems doing my routine and now i'm getting more tired then usual... So i'm a 17 year old girl... My mom and dad had a divorce and i never really had a "close" relationship with him. I have a step mom now and they have a 3 year old daughter. I think lately my depression eating disorders horrible grades had lead up to this problem... I always seem so happy like i dont care..When I go over his house to vist or whatever every single picture is of my little half sister... i dont see any of me and my other sister. He seems so happy now.. he has a nice house my "step mom" and his new 3 year old daughter. she is having what i never had in life. I feel so neglected... iv'e longed for this father daughter relationship all my life and i think it has made my teenage years so depressing. My grandma even asks me if it bothers me.. and now that i think aout it... i think it's the reason i'm so depressed and lonely in life. A girl needs a father figure growing up right? And i just had my mom and her horrible choice in men having other boyfriends who beat her etc... i feeel horrible complaining becasuse i know some kids never even get to know who their dads are. but how do i deal with this? I know i need a councler i think i'm going to one soon.. but anything until then?
