How to stop binging?????????????

So i've had a bigning problem.. but depriving myself so much then it turned to binging.. i currently am trying to stop.. i'm trying to watch what i eat because i want to loose some of the weight i've gained from binging.. but the cravings for binging does NOT stop... it's hard!! Should i try to treat myself every night to somthing small? or should i just not try to eat bad stuff at all.. for a week now i've been exercising regularly and eating actually pretty clean andhealthy.

    Try to carry on as you have been doing for the last week. You should have 1 treat a day for encouragement. Good luck I know you can do it....................
