How to get my endurence back up?
Hi! I'm a competitive roller skater and i have nationals too. I eat pretty healthy in general and do work out...after regionals a little i feel like iv'e slacked on my diet.. and i thiunk that might be why my endurence went down a bit.. i wasnt having problems doing my routine and now i'm getting more tired then usual... What are ways i can get my endurence back to better and stronger in about 2-3 weeks.. i have to get through a 4 min program haha thanks.

Mental endurence is a huge key. Sometimes rather than feeling bad for slacking on your diet and choosing to get back on routine, you let the fact that you have slacked off a little discourage you. It happens to me every now and then. Also another major thing is if you have had the same routine for a long time, eventually it may be getting boring to you and your less motivated to do it. Maybe find some new exercises to substitute the ones your used to but they work the same muscles. Sounds like your just having a little bit of mental fatigue. Hang in there
