Do i have to do cardio to loose 5 pounds?
Okay so i'm 5'2 and around 115-117... i havent weighd myself lately.. i use to be around 110-112 but i recently over the past month havent been watching what i was eating...I know i'm not fat at all.. i'm actually an athlete but not training this month.. when i was training and thinner i only really did plyometric workouts... and stregth training workouts...but i heard if you want to loose weight you have to do tons of carido to get the extra fat off.. i mean i dont have alot of to loose i just want to get back to that 112 range.. thank you. btw i am eating clean and a right diet.. it's been day 3 on the healthy diet.

You can lose the 5 pounds by doing one of three things: 1-Reduce your caloric intake by 20-30%. 2-Increase your physical activity. 3-Do both. You can actually achieve your weight loss goal by doing one or the other (eating less OR exercising). Doing both will simply speed the process.

Youre not quite an athlete if you dont understand the basics of nutrition and exercise. Clearly youre someone who does track or field at school.
