Dark brown kinda black stool?

This just started last night. But yesterday my stool went from orange in the morning, normal all day, and then dark brown diareahish right before bed. I know I heard it could be bleedig from ulcers, but could it also be this? For the past week I've had a bunch of bloody noses, and for most them I tilted my head back and letthe blood drain down, (gross and nasty but I couldn't find tissues, and I wasn't about to get blood allover my house) it's been happening at least 1 time a day all week. Could that be th culprit of the sudden but slow changes?
