Did Susan Rice give a different story than she was given by the intelligence community?

Someone working for His Majesty took out the reference to al-Qaeda in the CIA report that was sent to the White House. THEN Susie Rice took it to the TV talks shows. This was four days AFTER His Majesty had declared it to be a terrorist attack in the Rose Garden, according to you "liberals".
