child custody laws in Egypt?

I understand that a mother has legal custody to her child till they turn 15 then they are asked to choose which parent they wish to live with.

I have sole custody of my daughter and the right for her education and my ex has signed in consent in family court. Her father is not a part of her life and we haven't seen him in years.

My question is,is the court order i have cancelled and i have to apply for another one or valid as long as her father doesn't apply for custody?

Also can i take her abroad on holiday?

Thanks:)

Update:

My daughter turns 16 next month.

Update 2:

I already have full custody of my daughter as per a court order but my question is,is it rendered invalid now that she's turning 16 and do i have to re-apply ?

Update 3:

I already have full custody of my daughter as per a court order but my question is,is it rendered invalid now that she's turning 16 and do i have to re-apply ?
