IMPRESSION:

1. Heterogeneous enlarged echogenic mass affiliated with the left ovary, 6.5 x

5.8 x 3.9 cm in transverse dimension;? Dermoid.

2. 2.5 cm cyst affiliated with the normal-appearing right ovary.

3. Leiomyomatous uterus as described; 2 of the larger lesions are exophytic,

left ventral fundal, 5.9 x 5.1 x 5.2 cm, and dorsal right fundal, 6.2 x 5.8 x

5.4 cm.

4. No additional adnexal masses

INDICATION: Metromenorrhagia.

COMPARISON: None.

TECHNIQUE: Longitudinal and transverse sonograms of the pelvis were obtained.

REPORT: Uterus is bulbous and enlarged measuring 13.2 x 1.1 x 6.3 cm. Overall

myometrial echotexture is diffusely heterogeneous. There are 2 exophytic

subserosal or pedunculated masses. Left ventral fundus lesion measures 5.9 x

5.2 x 5.1 cm and is intermediate to low amplitude echogenicity. A dorsal right

fundal mass measures 6.2 x 5.8 x 5.4 cm and is also relatively hypoechoic. A

third lesion is within the mid myometrium abutting the larger dorsal right

frontal mass measuring 2.8 x 2.7 x 2.6 cm. The endometrial stripe complex is

difficult to visualize along its entire length. Short segments are

morphologically normal measuring up to 8 mm full-thickness. The right ovary

measures 4.3 x 3.4 x 2.3 cm with multiple cysts the largest measuring 2.5 x 2.1

x 1.8 cm. The left ovary is abnormal. Composite measurements are 6.8 x 7 x 3.8

cm most of which is represented by an echogenic partially shadowing mass

measuring 6.5 x 5.8 x 3.9 cm. No additional masses

The instability and fear is too much to handle .

I'm losing my mind at this point and i could really use sone help.

I met this guy online almost 9 months ago,he seemed like a perfect match,a true gentleman and someone who was intent to get to know me better,admired and respected me .

He came to see me a month later and it became a habit that every month we would travel somewhere and spend a few days together.

He is someone who was in a bad marriage for 16 years but wanted so much to move on and try hard on a new relationship.

He would call at least twice a day,text,e-mail,buy gifts and told me his life revolved around me .

We decided that i would move in from my country to be with him and i moved in 5 weeks ago.

What i saw was truly shocking.

He would sleep on the other side of the bed ,if i tried to touch him he would push me away and his excuse was he couldnot sleep while someone was touching him.

Woke up every morning without a word,

I would use his car so when i pick him up from work he would avoid kissing me and his excuse he was too tired and wanted to go home.

When i cooked something he would never tell me if it was any good or bAd,just someone who sat next to me with his eyes fixated on the tv and wouldnot utter a word.

When we walked,had lunch out and i would try to talk about tge good old romantic days he would laugh sarcastically at hiw romantic i am and tell me now we are in a new stage and we are a family now.we should stick to one another.

When i complain he says its all in my head .

So u get to know this person online who says all the right things and seems like a true angel then when u meet in person u find him cold and incapable of any human empathy and when u wonder why he says he's obviously depressed and didnot lie to u , it was easy to express feelings from a distance but in real life he was afraid of rejection .

And he mentions he loves u deeply and will seek therapy to make u happy.

I'm very confused and would appreciate someone's thoughts on:

Was he conscious all along of what he was saying from a distance and pretending to be something that he's not?

Can a depressed person be in love?

And please explain his behavior in real life,

the cold, disconnected person.

I got to know a wonderful man from a dating site3 months ago.Then I met him during the1stmonth a few times.He was warm, thoughtful and would stop at nothing to make me happy.we live 1000sof miles away but he would call on Viber, Hangout , we would talk for hours.He sent flowers, passionate e-mails and we missed eachothers like crazy.

He was interested in everything that I was, in getting to know everything about me, about my daughter, even my parrots and was a good listener.

He seemed open minded and cheerful.

Then he proposed to me and traveled to see me some 20 days ago.

It was the most romantic proposal ever and , even though a part of me wanted to take things slow, i was under his spell.

We got married 4 days later and went on a 10 day honeymoon in Europe.

My sweet man suddenly turned cold, sleeps on the other side of the bed and never look my way after we make love, which was again rushed n strange.wouldn't talk, selfish, disengaged and was only nice when he wanted to have sex.

My daughter's 16 y/o she recently started having extremely dry hair which tangles up real bad when she showers and loads of it fall off just by touching it.she now has to brush her hair gently with her fingers as she loses more hair when she uses a brush or a comb.

She loses a looooooot of hair when she showers ,mush less when it's dry but still there's hair all over the bathroom flower.

She eats healthy,has a healthy weight,takes multivitamins and omega 3 daily.

the only meds she's on is Singulair and Claritine.

Can someone please help and tell me what may be wrong and how do we prevent this major hair loss and dryness.

For the past few days my African Grey's been sitting in one corner of his cage quietly and doing nothing but staring at the window.He sleeps most of the day and just nibbles at his food even though he would normally eat anything and everything i give him.When i ty to play with him he would play along and act normal but once i leave he would go to his corner again.He doesn't utter a sound .Normally he would whistle or song along to music,talk...but that's not happening anymore.I don't live anywhere close to an avian vet and i would really appreciate help.Btw ,he is 41/2 yrs old.

I understand that a mother has legal custody to her child till they turn 15 then they are asked to choose which parent they wish to live with.

I have sole custody of my daughter and the right for her education and my ex has signed in consent in family court.Her father is not a part of her life and we haven't seen him in years.

My question is,is the court order i have cancelled and i have to apply for another one or valid as long as her father doesn't apply for custody?

Also can i take her abroad on holiday?

I have to fill an application form online and they said i needed adobe reader which i already have so i run the program but the typing feature seems to be disabled.They said i have to convert pdf file and took me to some website where i needed to make an online payment.

Is there any other way to fill this application form and print it other than make an online payment.

I met this guy back when i was 16,he was 20.We spent an incredible year together and if i look back that was the happiest time of my life.However ,i wanted to go to college ,get a job so broke it off.I moved on,got married a few years later and the marriage didn't work out.20 years later he sends me a friend's request on Facebook ,we met and it felt like we're in love over again.Things are moving so fast and i'm wondering,are we really still in love with one another?We have changed over the years so chances are i'm with a completely different person and that worries me.
