Can someone please explain to me this medical report?

My neighbor's 72 years old.She had radical mastachtomy about 5 years ago and now she has fluid on her lungs so she made some tests. Here's what the report had to say:

non-small cells

metastases

acinar formation

Massive malignant effusion adenocarsinoma

Can someone please explain to me what that means?

Thank you.

Update:

Is it serious? Will she make it?

Its Lung Cancer type NON SMALL CELL LUNG CARCINOMA

Its primary cause in ur patient is da spread of remnants of da cancer cells ( called recurrence of disease ) and metastasis means cancer cells ve spreaded from breast tissues to lung parenchyma(lung tissue) and caused fluid accumulation in lungs . It causes difficulty breathing n restricting normal activities of life

Adenocarcinoma is da cancer of FLUID PRODUCING TISSUES(glands) .. So excessive proliferation of glands leads of xtra secretions n da All da issue thereafter

Acinar formation is da HistoPathological variant of da tumor cells

Well....your dear neighbor has lung cancer. Probably cells from her breast cancer now are invading her body/organs...

Source(s): This is a SIMPLE explanation....that's what is/has happened....god bless you for caring.
