How many countries have TV shows about their tough prisons/prisoners?

I can't answer that, eg I have no idea what programming is available in say Scandinavia.

As for Canada, we have none nor ever have that I can think of. Prisoners discussing rehabilitation, or some aspect of their experience that was positive or negative - or the history of Canadian prisons or the Justice system yes... 'reality show' type stuff - none.

Crimminals are hardly people to be celebrated or feted granted just my very humble opinion. If some get off on it - whatever. [albeit I doubt they'd want to be televised if they were in stripes lol, maybe it's a voyeur thing. Guess I just don't find stuff interesting unless it's happening to me lmao]

Ranks right up there with Teen Mom, Tots and Tiaras, Jersey Shore etal. My tv has a 'brightness' button but it doesn't seem to work depending what's on.
