The cartoon is about a 8 year old (maybe younger ) french girl  with yellow long hair lives with her friends in a church , and find out new things in French.she is the smallest girl  among her group of friends but is the famous and clever.i remember i learn the word 'Bonjuor ' from that cartoon. i watch the cartoon on cartoon network channel or Disney channel, at year 2000 -2004 (if not mistaken ).Please send me some picture or Please tell me the name of the cartoon if you know it.

Sounds like Madeline......which is actually a very popular children's book from the 80's and 90's.......it was adapted from a book into a cartoon series in the early 00's on disney as apart of "disney jr" and it was also a movie that came out in 1998.
