Does he deserve the award for WORST FRIEND?

He is at least an hour late for everything WHEN he shows up at all. His excuses are always the same "It's not my fault- I fell asleep, my phone was dead, I was studying, there was traffic, class ran late, my alarm didn't go off, I didn't hear the phone ring, I forgot......" And when I do get an appology it's always "I'm sorry you got mad" WTF kind of appology is THAT!?!?! He never wants to drive, I always have to pick him up and he's never ready when I arrive. He never offers to pick up the check when we go out to eat. He invites me to the movies and then when I get to his house he says he'd rather watch a movie online FOR FREE!!! He never chips in for gas or parking when we take trips. He makes me sit in the car no matter how hot or cold it is so he doesn't have to pay for parking when he turns his homework in at campus. He starts conversations on facebook and then disappears mid conversation never to return. He's never gotten me a gift of any kind for any ocassion. He falls asleep on me when we're hanging out and then gets mad when he wakes up and I've left. He constantly asking me for favors but won't return them. He always opens his own door first leaving me in the rain. When we rent movies I always have to pay because he refuses to get a blockbuster card. If he says he'll do something he never does and then he insists on changing the content of the conversation to make himself perpetually correct in every dispute. So should I get him the worlds worst friend award?
