Had my tongue ring for 2 days now and I think it could be infected! But then again I'm new too this! Aaah?

Okay so my mouth is very sore, it hurts too talk or swallow. My tongue is tender. It's secreting white/yellow discharge from top and bottom! I don't know if I'm just freaking out! But since it's only the second day what can I do too stop an infection if that's what it is?! Please help!!!

    Chill. It's normal. Start freaking out when green stuff is coming out. But usually you won't be able to eat and your mouth is gonna hurt for a couple days.
