Would a cat be worth more if it has a rare colouring?

Like cat/kitten with the coloring 'tweed' or 'Charva' ?

No. Shelters are full of cats. Some do have rare colors but are not worth more.

If the cat were a registered purebred and the color recognized by the breed club, then maybe Otherwise if it's just a pet quality cat with an interesting coat, it's not worth anything.

No - this is especially true for dogs which backyard breeders try to get more money on so called "rare" colors. A cat or dog is priced by quality (purebred) - its either a pet/altered show or its show/breeding.

It depends on the breed but most likely no.
