Bought Black Ops 2 and got a blank CD, what can I do?
Hi, I recently purchased the new Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 at Walmart, and much to my surprise got a blank CD instead of the game; Also, the Nuketown CD key it's suppose to come with wasn't there. I've argued and complained to Walmart endlessly but supposedly they can't do anything. I've talk to the whole chain of command... and nothing! My next move is to call the game company, but they are currently closed. What do you suggest I do? Or what can I do?

The Black Ops Franchise seems to have a problem with there discs, The original Black ops Scratched to easily and Black Ops 2 a lot of them are not burned with the game. There were many returns. Anyways, If walmart will not accept a return or refund then the next best thing is to contact either the manufacturer or use Microsoft's Disk Replacement program. If neither of these are acceptable try going to the highest person in your walmart.
