Turkey. We have so many leftovers that even if were having it again everyday, it still tastes good.

I clicked on the link you posted but no tips were there, just a blank page.

The most healthy tip I have is to keep a sharp knife handy and trim off as much fat as possible from a steak or chop. I usually trim off the entire edge or "rind." If there's any rind left, I slash it about every 2 inches apart. That stops it from buckling up and allows it to stay flat while cooking. Giving a much more appealing over all appearance and presentation.

My favorite dish besides the turkey is the Cornbread Dressing that my Mom use to make. 'N I haven't been able to find one as good as hers was. But I keep searching.

my fave thanksgiving day dish to eat is my mother's famous Pasta Salad! she uses vinigret(not sure how to spell vinigret..) for the dressing, and she used fresh tomatoes and fresh noodles for the rest.

    it's a great dish! i love it!

Good Luck with your favorite dish!

I think for alot of people it is the home made stuffing. When I make my stuffing, I make loads of it and freeze it in zip lock bags for future meals like chicken and when I cook pork I will defrost it and add diced apples to it.

and who doesnt like all the gravy.
