I went running this morning and felt nauseated?
So I went for quick run this morning, It went fine, but then towards the end I started to see a bit of lights and felt nauseated. Is this normal? Any thing I should do about it? Because this makes me just want to push myself. Thanks for all the helpful comments

You probably just ate too much or didn't eat enough or just didn't eat at all. And it probably has something to do with how the weather was or how long you actually went out and ran

It may have just been regular sickness. The thing is, if you didn't eat before you ran, it was probably just hunger. If you did eat, THAT may have been the cause. Next time, make sure you eat before you run, but wait at least an hour and a half before going running.

It could be not eating enough/too much like the other posters said. Or possibly dehydration.
